Evaleen Jaager Roy
Evaleen Jaager Roy advises CEOs and organizations on strategy and leadership. Her clients include some of the most successful companies in technology, gaming, architecture, medical research, investment and sustainability. Prior to starting her own company, she served as Vice President of Human Resources for Electronic Arts - leading the function in Canada, across Europe and for a global division. She also held Director roles in the energy and US auto sectors. Evaleen has been re-elected Chair of the Board at Emily Carr University of Art + Design five times. She is recognized as an Outstanding Alumnus from Simon Fraser University, is a Vancouver Influential Business Woman Award winner as well as recipient of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal. She was named a 2013 Trudeau Foundation Mentor. In 2014 Evaleen was appointed to the Board of the Banff Centre – the world's largest arts and creativity incubator – and to the Board of the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada. She was the first alumna to be Chair of the Board at Simon Fraser University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA (Hons) from Simon Fraser.
